摘　　要：随着高考改革的不断推进,高中生的生涯规划显得尤为重要,高中生必须面临现代社会的挑战,进行提早的规划,将自我的目标建立好,生涯进行初步规划,并且按照自己的兴趣爱好和规划不断地前进,这才是符合社会发展要求的。作为高中教师,我们应该针对当前高考改革的背景,不断将学生们的心理和职业生涯规划在一定程度上进行指引,帮助学生建立更加符合自身目标的规划建设,促进高中生的职业生涯健康发展。With the continuous promotion of the reform of college entrance examination,the career planning of senior high school students is particularly important.Senior high school students must face the challenge of modern society,carry out early planning,establish their own goals,carry out preliminary career planning,and continue to advance according to their own interests and plans,which is in line with the requirements of social development.As high school teachers,we should aim at the background of the current college entrance examination reform,constantly guide students’psychological and career planning to a certain extent,help students to establish a more consistent with their own goals of planning and construction,and promote the healthy development of high school students’career.
