摘　　要：创客空间活动的开展对于大学生创新创业及实践能力的培养有着重要的促进和推动作用。在高校创客空间建设过程中,提出了基于多元分层的双创人才培育体系,并在实践中进行了实施。论文总结了大学创客空间建设过程中的一些做法和获得的经验,对创客空间双创人才的培育模式以及相应机制进行了探索和提炼。The development of maker space activities plays an important role in promoting college students’ innovation, entrepreneurship and practical ability. In the process of maker space construction, a multivariate and hierarchical talent cultivation system for innovation talents is proposed. The proposed training model is carried out in practice. Some experiences and practices in the construction process of maker space are summarized. The cultivation mode and corresponding mechanism for the proposed model are explored and extracted in the paper.
