摘　　要：为解决我国高校创新创业人才培养中存在的问题,文章以加拿大滑铁卢大学(University of Waterloo)为对象,采用文献研究和实地调研的方法,研究滑铁卢大学以合作教育(Co-op Education)为核心的创新创业人才培养模式。其成功经验启示我国高校在创新创业人才培养过程中,要更新创新创业人才观念,深刻理解合作教育内涵,提高创新创业师资水平,构建健全的创新创业教育生态系统,加快培养富有创新精神、创业意识和创业能力的人才队伍。In order to solve the problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities in China,the article uses the literature research and field research methods to study talent cultivation model of innovation and enterprise based on Co-op Education at University of Waterloo in Canada.Its successful experience has inspired China’s colleges and universities to update the concept of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,profoundly understand the connotation of cooperative education,improve the level of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,build a sound ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and accelerate the cultivation of innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness.
