摘　　要：党的十九大报告中提出,创新是引领发展的第一动力,是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。青年学生作为创新创业的主要生力军,高校的创新创业教育显得尤为重要。近年来,在省委、省政府的高度重视下,浙江省高校的创新创业教育和实践正在蓬勃发展。该文拟从浙江省内高校转型发展和应用型人才培养方式的现状、当前高校创新创业教育体系的发展瓶颈和问题等两个方面进行回顾与反思,希望探索出一条行之有效,能够服务于浙江省经济社会发展需要的创新创业教育新体系。In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed that innovation is the first driving force leading development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system.Young students as the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship,innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is particularly important.In recent years,with the high attention of the provincial party committee and the provincial government,the innovative entrepreneurship education and practice in Zhejiang colleges and universities are booming.This paper will review and reflect on the present situation of the transformation and development of colleges and universities in Zhejiang province,the bottleneck and problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities.The new system of innovation and entrepreneurship education that needs to be developed in the economic and social development.
