摘 要:为强化各方面重视就业、支持就业的导向,2019年国务院政府工作报告首次提出将就业优先置于宏观政策层面。对此,就业指导教师需引进教练技术,积极探索新的就业指导模式,因人而异对学生进行以就业需求为导向、适应社会需求的就业指导。引导学生激发自身的潜能,增强学生主动学习和获取知识的能力。提升就业指导工作的质量,促进高校就业工作的开展。In order to strengthen the orientation of attaching importance to employment and supporting employment in all aspects, the government work report of the State Council in 2019 first put employment first at the macro-policy level. In this regard, employment instructors need to introduce coaching technology, actively explore new employment guidance mode, and provide employment guidance for students to meet the needs of the society, which is oriented by employment needs.
