摘　　要：长三角一体化背景下,铁路交通发展迈入更高质量、更高水平、更高层次的新阶段,越来越多的城市将高铁枢纽地区开发建设作为城市发展的重大战略以及城市融入区域功能网络的重要机遇。以枢纽地区的场所特质为基础,从区域和城市视角出发,结合枢纽能级和发展预期,构建枢纽地区“城市区位—枢纽能级—区域势能—场所特质”4个维度发展影响因素分析框架,对长三角枢纽地区建设情况进行综合评价,并将枢纽地区划分为综合服务主导型、区域功能主导型、城市功能主导型、特色功能主导型和交通功能主导型5大类型,总结五大类型枢纽地区发展规律和功能布局特征,进而探索不同类型枢纽地区的发展路径。In the context of regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta,railway transportation has entered a new stage in which higher-quality development and higher level of planning and coordination are pursued.More and more cities are treating the development of high-speed railway hub areas as a major strategy for urban development and an important opportunity for them to get integrated into the regional network.Taking into consideration of the site characteristics of hub areas,the regional and urban perspectives,and development expectations,this study builds an analytical framework that includes four dimensions of impact factors on hub areas,namely urban location,local potential,regional potential,and site characteristics.By applying the framework,it comprehensively evaluates the development of hub areas in the Yangtze River Delta,and further divides the hub areas into five types in respect to functional orientations,including comprehensive services,regional functions,urban functions,specialized functions,and transportation functions.The paper also summarizes the development trajectories and plan characteristics of the five types as well as their future prospects.
