摘 要:河口、海湾是受人类活动干扰最严重的海域。深圳湾周边城市建设及人类活动密集,同时也是候鸟迁徙的重要通道之一,生态环境脆弱,生态保护重要性高。在生态文明建设及深圳打造美丽中国典范的背景下,深圳湾实现“人海协调”的可持续发展愈发重要,且受到社会各界的重视。总结归纳深圳湾经验得出河口—海湾湿地保护修复理论及模式,即在目标和问题的双重导向下,开展基础调查与分析、修复规划与设计、实施修复工程、配套生态监测和管理维护等,开展协调论证和全过程公众参与。对深圳湾生态环境和重要生态系统特征及问题进行了分析研究,揭示深圳湾目前面临的城市开发建设及生态保护双重挑战,梳理了深圳湾湿地生态保护修复的实践经验,提出建议和展望。Estuaries and bays are among the marine spaces that have been most severely affected by humans.Shenzhen bay and its vicinity are characterized by high intensity of urban development and human activities.However,its ecological environment is fragile and it serves as irreplaceable routes for migratory birds.Therefore,ecological protection is critical for the area.In the background of ecological civilization as well as the beautiful China initiative,there is an exigent need for Shenzhen Bay to realize sustainable development and human-sea harmony.The paper summarizes theories and models of estuary-bay wetland protection and restoration,and analyzes restoration planning and design,implementation of restoration projects,ecological monitoring and management.The proposed models are both goal-and problemoriented that include coordinated consultation and debate as well as comprehensive public participation.After analyzing the ecological characteristics and problems of Shenzhen Bay,the paper reveals the challenges of urban development and ecosystem protection.The paper reviews the experience of ecological protection and restoration of Shenzhen Bay wetland and makes suggestions on the future effort.
