摘 要:轨道综合交通枢纽是承担对外出行活动的空间载体,其空间布局、组织模式伴随着人们对于出行效率和服务品质要求的提升而不断演化。在城市化发展不断推进、站城矛盾日益突出的背景下,基于深圳各枢纽规划实践,研究识别新一代轨道综合枢纽的中心化、网络化、目的地化发展趋势,并以西丽枢纽为案例总结相关经验,提出新一代轨道综合交通枢纽集群模式。通过各等级枢纽的级配联动,协调对外出行集散与城市活动的需求,拓展站城融合的高价值空间,为枢纽集散组织效率提升提供了新的思路。The integrated rail transportation hub supports external travel activities.Its spatial layout and organization are constantly evolving with people's changing requirements for travel efficiency and service quality.In the background of continued promotion of urbanization and the increasingly prominent contradiction between stations and cities and based on the planning of various hubs in Shenzhen,this paper studies and identifies the development trend of the new generation of integrated rail hubs toward centralization,network building,and focusing on destinations.The paper takes Xili Hub as an example,summarizes relevant experience,and puts forward the cluster model of the new generation of rail integrated transportation hubs.The model coordinates the needs for external travel and urban activities through synchronized functions of hubs at all levels,elevates the high-value spaces through station-city integration,and provides a new idea for improving the hub efficiency and spatial organization.
