摘 要:内循环为主体的新发展格局下,中心性以及内生型发展动力成为大湾区及都市圈空间演化需要关注的重要因素,都市圈空间的应对策略值得进一步探讨。以深圳都市圈为样本,构建中心—门户评价模型,选取相关指标数据叠加分析,试图剖析深圳都市圈功能空间演化倾向,重点识别中心性作用的空间单元。并以这些空间单元构成的主要区域为例,分析空间存在的问题,提出空间应对的思路与方法。研究认为,深圳都市圈中部地区作为承载内生型产业网络的重要空间载体,应结合内循环链主与链群发展、要素内部联系等要求,破解空间的碎片化、服务缺失、设施支撑不足等问题,加强创新载体、中心服务、设施配套、产城融合,实现从传统腹地迈向内生型创新集聚区。The new development pattern that prioritize internal circulation,centrality and endogenous development dynamics have become important factors that need to be paid attention to in the spatial evolution of the Greater Bay Area and metropolitan areas.The coping strategies for metropolitan areas deserve further discussion.Taking Metro Shenzhen as a sample,a center portal evaluation model was constructed,and relevant indicator data were selected for overlay analysis.The paper aims to analyze the spatial and functional evolution of Metro Shenzhen,with emphasis on identifying the spatial units that play a central role.Taking the main areas as examples,the paper analyzes the existing spatial problems and proposes ideas and methods for planning response.The study believes that the central region of Metro Shenzhen,as an important spatial carrier for endogenous development suffers from spatial fragmentation,lack of services,and insufficient facility support.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen its innovation capacity,improve central services,provide facility support,and promote industry city integration so as to achieve the transition from a traditional hinterland to an agglomeration with endogenous innovation capacity.
