摘  要:近年来,文化空间战略以“设定愿景—分解目标—空间支撑—实施转化”为基本范式,呈现出以人为本、可量度、可实施、可体验的发展趋势。广州在借鉴国内外城市文化空间战略前沿经验的基础上,结合价值内涵分析提出建设岭南特色世界文化名城的战略目标,搭建评价指标体系开展现状评估,以体验式文化空间场景为抓手,提出涵盖保护、设施、产业、事件等4个方面的全链条举措,形成以人为本的文化空间战略。通过文化空间战略的实施,助力广州建设成为具有世界影响力的岭南文化名城,引领粤港澳大湾区文化深度融合发展。In recent years,the making of cultural space strategies follows the steps of vision setting,goal breaking down,spatial plan making,and implementation.The process is human-centered,the objectives are measurable,the proposals are implementable,and the outcomes are perceptible.Drawing on the experiences of making urban cultural space strategies in China and abroad and based on an analysis of local value systems of Guangzhou,the city has set the goal of building into a worldfamous cultural city with Lingnan characteristics and has carried out an assessment of the current situation based on the established evaluation index system.Using the experiential cultural spaces as a starting point,the paper puts forward a whole series of measures that cover protection,facilities,industries,and events as the components of its people-oriented cultural space strategies.Through the implementation of these measures,Guangzhou will become a Lingnan cultural city with global influence and will lead the deep cultural integration and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay area.
