企业创新能力结构、战略学习能力与竞争优势的关系——基于环境动态性的视角

摘　　要：本文研究了企业创新能力结构提升战略学习能力进而创造竞争优势的过程,分析了不同环境动态水平下创新能力结构对竞争优势的影响。基于227份中国企业样本数据的实证结果显示:创新能力强度、创新能力中心度和创新能力协同度正向影响战略学习能力,并通过战略学习能力正向影响竞争优势;高动态环境不仅显著差异性地调节创新能力结构三维度对竞争优势的影响,而且显著负向调节战略学习能力对竞争优势的影响。The process of firm innovation capability structure promoting strategic learning capability and thus creating competitive advantage is studied,and the impacts of different environmental dynamism levels on the relationship between innovation capability structure and competitive advantage are analyzed.Based on 227 samples of Chinese firms the empirical results show that innovation capability intensity,innovation capability centrality and innovation capability collaboration positively affect strategic learning capability,and through making an impact on strategic learning capability they positively influence competitive advantage,and high level of environmental dynamism not only significantly and differently moderates the impacts of three dimensions of innovation capability structure on competitive advantage but also significantly and negatively moderates the impact of strategic learning capability on competitive advantage.
