摘　　要：本文以在我国创业板上市的环保企业为例,研究了政府研发补贴与环保企业研发投入的关系,以及地区市场化水平和地区政商关系健康程度对上述关系的双重调节作用。结果显示:政府研发补贴对环保企业研发投入具有显著的正向影响;环保企业总部所在地的市场化水平和政商关系健康程度对政府研发补贴与环保企业研发投入的关系均具有正向调节作用,企业总部所在地的市场化水平越高,地区政商关系越健康,则政府研发补贴对环保企业研发投入的激励效应越显著。Taking the environmental protection enterprises listed in Chinese growth enterprise market as the example,this paper studies the relationship between government R&D subsidies and environmental protection enterprises’R&D investment,as well as the double regulating effect of regional marketization level and health degree of regional business-government relation on the above relationship.The results show as follows:government R&D subsidies have a significant positive impact on enterprises’R&D investment;both regional marketization level and regional business-government relation of the headquarters of environmental protection enterprises have positive regulating effect on the relationship between government R&D subsidies and environmental protection enterprises’R&D investment;the higher the marketization level of enterprise headquarters location and the healthier the regional business-government relation,the more significant the incentive effect of government R&D subsidies on environmental protection enterprises’R&D investment.
