摘　　要：本文梳理了目前关于农民创业的国内相关文献,并完成了SWOT分析,在此基础上剖析了当前农民创业在市场维度、资源维度和创业者维度的优势和劣势。给出了"素质农民"的含义,提出了"素质农民+AI"的创业模式,论述了该模式下人工智能在市场维度、资源维度和创业者维度对农民创业的辅助作用,并阐述了提高创业绩效的路径及建议。This paper summarizes the current domestic literature on farmers’entrepreneurship and completes the SWOT analysis.And it analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of current farmers’entrepreneurship in market dimension,resource dimension and capacity dimension.Then it gives the meaning of"Quality Farmers",and puts forward the"Quality Farmers+AI technology"business model,and discusses the role of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in promoting the market dimension,resource dimension and capacity dimension required by farmers’entrepreneurship under this model,and expounds the path and suggestions to improve entrepreneurship performance.
