山地绿色生态车库设计探析——以高差大于15米住宅区车库设计为例

摘　　要：随着土地被不断开发利用,越来越多的建设用地不平整、开发难度大。而当下针对大高差山地住宅区的设计手法略显欠缺,将山地设计与绿色生态环境保护相结合的经验不足。该文以当下山地车库设计的现状等综合因素为切入点,基于当今城市空间形态诉求及国家政策导向,以布局与地形地貌结合、经济与人文关怀并存、筑造与绿色生态交融为要点,结合近年来多个落地项目的设计经验,对大高差环境下的车库设计进行探讨,可为相关设计提供参考。With the continual development and utilization of land,the construction land is becoming increasingly uneven and difficult to develop.However,the current design methods for residence in mountainous areas with a large height difference are rare,and there is insufficient experience in combining mountainous design with green ecological environmental protection.Taking the current situation of garage design in mountainous areas and other comprehensive factors as the starting point,and based on today’s demands for urban spatial form and national policies orientation,this paper took the combination of layout and topography,the coexistence of economic and humanistic concerns,and the integration of construction and green ecology,to discuss the garage design in the place with a large height difference,combined with the design experience of several landing projects in recent years,which can provide reference for related designs.
