摘　　要：矿山井下变配电所由于受地压的影响,一旦所内底板变形翘起,就会造成所内变压器或高低压配电柜倾斜,直接影响变配电所安全稳定运行,造成安全隐患。处理设备倾斜隐患时,需要停电作业,时间较长,影响正常生产。本文涉及一种井下变电所电气设备校正工具,具体涉及一种井下变电所电气设备(变压器、控制柜、高低压配电柜)校正钢架。解决了井下变电所由于地压大底板变形,需要停产后进行“拉底”处理的难题。提高变配电所安全稳定运行时效,保证井下正常生产。Due to the influence of ground pressure,once the floor of underground substation is deformed and warped,it will cause the tilt of transformer or high and low voltage distribution cabinet,which will directly affect the safe and stable operation of underground substation and distribution station,and cause safety hidden trouble.When dealing with the hidden trouble of equipment incline,the power cut is needed,the operation time is long,and the normal production is affected.This paper relates to a calibration tool for electrical equipment of underground substation,in particular to a calibration steel frame for electrical equipment of underground substation(transformer,control cabinet,high and low voltage distribution cabinet).The problem that the bottom plate of underground substation is deformed due to ground pressure and needs to be“Bottom-pulled”after shutdown is solved.Improve the safe and stable operation efficiency of substation,ensure the normal production underground.
