摘　　要：在社会经济的飞速发展过程中,我国工业得到了巨大的发展,中频感应电炉作为阳极组装熔炼铁水的设备在生产起着至关重要的作用。该设备的运行情况对阳极炭块在电解过程中导电率有很大影响。在中频感应电炉的实际应用过程中,各种故障影响着中频电炉的正常运行,从而降低中频感应电炉的运行效率。因此,如何保障中频电炉的正常运行是每一个专业技术人员都需要认真思考的问题。基于此,本文以阳极组装中频感应电炉为例,介绍其结构和日常维护检修要点,同时针对阳极组装中频感应电炉所出现的故障进行深入分析,通过技术革新手段来提出相应的应对措施,以供相关行业参考,从而保证中频感应电炉能够更安全平稳高效的运行。With the rapid development of social economy,China’s industryhas been greatly developed.As an equipment for anode assembly and smeltingmolten iron,medium frequency induction furnace plays a vital role inproduction.The operation of the equipment has a great influence on the conductivity of anode carbon block in the electrolysis process.In the practical application of the medium frequency induction furnace,various faults affect the normal operation of the medium frequency induction furnace,thus reducing the operation efficiency of the medium frequency induction furnace.Therefore,how to ensure the normal operation of the medium frequency electric furnace is a problem that every professional technician needs to seriously consider.Based on this,this paper takes the anode assembly medium frequency induction furnace as an example to introduce its structure and the key points of daily maintenance and repair.At the same time,it makes an in-depth analysis on the faults of the anode assembly medium frequency induction furnace,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures through technical innovation means for the reference of relevant industries,so as to ensure that the medium frequency induction furnace can operate more safely,stably and efficiently.
