热镀锌钢管无铬预钝替代铬酐预钝的应用

摘　　要：热镀锌钢管在浸锌完成后会进入水冷工序,大部分钢管生产企业会在水冷槽的冷却水中加入铬酐对热镀锌钢管进行预钝化。预钝化的目的:防止钢管表面出现水纹、水斑;防止钢管在水冷至终钝工序这段时间出现锈蚀;防止钢管在储存期间内壁出现腐蚀。但是含有铬酐的冷却水在循环运行过程中会产生大量的铬酸雾和含铬废水,严重危害工人的身体健康,同时含铬废水的跑冒滴漏会严重污染环境。所以热镀锌钢管企业急需一种具有良好耐蚀性能、不含铬及有毒有害物质的环保预钝化液来替代铬酐进行预钝化。为此,开发出能够完全替代铬酐预钝的无铬预钝化剂DS992。DS992无铬预钝化剂不含铬及其他有毒有害物质,其配制的槽液高温稳定性好,预钝后的热镀锌钢管外观光亮、耐蚀性能好、内壁抗白锈能力好,在热镀锌钢管企业逐步推广应用,具有非常大的工业价值和社会价值。Hot dip galvanized steel pipe will enter the water-cooling process after the completion of zinc dipping.Most steel pipe manufacturers will add chromic anhydride to the cooling water to prepassivate the hot dip galvanized steel pipe.The purpose of prepassivation includes:Prevent the appearance of water grain and water spot on the surface of steel pipe;Prevent the steel tube from rusting during the period from water cooling to the end blunt process;Prevent corrosion of inner wall of steel pipe during storage.However,the cooling water containing chromic anhydride will produce a large amount of chromium acid fog and chromium containing waste water in the circulating operation process,which will seriously harm the health of workers,and the running and dripping of the waste water containing chromium will seriously pollute the environment.Therefore,hot dip galvanized steel pipe enterprises are in urgent need of an environmentally friendly prepassivation solution with good corrosion resistance but without chromium and toxic and harmful substances to replace chromic anhydride for prepassivation.As a guardian and protection pioneer of surface treatment in China,Desytek has developed the chromium-free passivator DS992 that can completely replace the chromic anhydride prepassivation.DS992 does not contain chromium and other toxic and harmful substances.The bath liquid prepared with it has good stability under high temperature.The hot dip galvanized steel tube after prepassivation has bright appearance,strong corrosion resistance and strong inner wall resistance to white rust.The product has been gradually popularized and applied in hot-dip galvanized steel pipe enterprises,which has very great industrial value and social value.
