摘  要:热镀锌钢管行业传统的铬酐预钝虽然能防止钢管在储存期间内壁出现腐蚀,但铬酐预钝化液在运行过程中会产生大量的铬酸雾和含铬废水,严重危害工人的身体健康,同时含铬废水的跑冒滴漏会严重污染环境。为此,开发出一种具有良好综合性能的无铬预钝化剂DS992。为了进一步摸清DS992在现有的传统铬酐预钝工艺生产线上的工艺适应性,考察了锌离子、铁离子、pH值变化对DS992性能的影响,同时还考察了DS992对铁件(齿轮、传输带、槽体)的腐蚀情况。结果表明,DS992无铬预钝化剂具有很好的工艺适应性。The traditional chromic anhydride prepassivation solution in hot dip galvanized steel pipe industry can prevent corrosion of the inner wall of the steel pipe during storage.But chromic anhydride prepassivation solution will produce a lot of chromic acid mist and chromate waste water in the process of use,which will seriously harm the health of workers and seriously pollute the environment.At the request of enterprises and follow the trend of environmental protection policy,Desytek has developed a chrome free prepassivation agent DS992 with good comprehensive performance.This study investigated the effect of zinc ion,iron ion and pH value change on the performance of DS992,and also investigated the corrosion of DS992 on iron parts(gear,transmission belt and tank),in order to find out the process adaptability of DS992 in the traditional chromic anhydride prepassivation process production line.It is found that DS992 has good process adaptability.
