摘　　要：介绍了一种铝合金压铸件的环保型镀钯钢工艺,包括在铝合金基体上依次沉锌、镀酸性锌镍合金、化学镀镍、焦磷酸盐镀铜、镀酸铜、光亮镀镍和镀钯钢。该镀层进行中性盐雾试验120 h无锈蚀,热震试验无起泡或脱落。An environmentally friendly process for palladium-steel plating on aluminum alloy die castings was introduced,including the following steps:the leaching zinc,acidic zinc-nickel alloy plating,electroless nickel plating,pyrophosphate copper plating,acid copper plating,bright nickel plating,and palladium-stee plating.The coatings obtained thereby could endure 120 hours of neutral salt spray test without any corrosion product on its surface,and had no blistering and peel-off in thermal shock test.
