摘  要:为了寻找一种较优的PP塑料表面镀银工艺,首先用二甲基亚砜于90℃下对PP塑料进行溶剂化处理30 min,再用含10 g/L氢氧化钠、10 g/L碳酸钠、0.1%SDBS的混合溶液于室温下对溶剂化处理后的PP塑料超声除油5min,然后采用两步敏化的方式对除油后的PP进行处理:第1步,用10 g/L氯化亚锡、10 g/L硝酸溶液,室温超声5 min;第2步,用6.1 g/L三羟甲基氨基甲烷、0.5 g/L 3,4-二羟基苯乙胺溶液,室温浸泡5 min。将敏化后的PP塑料置于1.4%的银氨溶液中室温活化2 min;最后对活化后的PP塑料进行化学镀银,化学镀的工艺条件:硝酸银14 g/L,氨水适量,氢氧化钠10 g/L,葡萄糖10 g/L,酒石酸2 g/L,碳酸钠10.6 g/L,乙醇100 mL/L,室温反应3 min,从而在PP表面均匀沉积一层金属银镀层。借助SEM和EDS对镀层的表面形貌与元素含量进行了分析,结果表明:镀层结构完整,对基体覆盖性好,银元素含量高达100%,对镀层电阻的测试表明,电阻较低,为0.6~0.7Ω/cm。The PP plastic was treated firstly with dimethyl sulfoxide at 90℃for 30 min,and secondly with the mixed solution containing 10 g/L sodium hydroxide,10 g/L sodium carbonate and 0.1%SDBS at room temperature for 5 min.Then,the degreasing PP was treated with ultrasonic by two step sensitization method:first step,10 g/L tin dichloride and 10 g/L nitric acid solution at room temperature for 5 min;and second step,6.1 g/L trihydroxymethyl amino methane,0.5 g/L 3,4-dihydroxybenzylamine solution,soaking for 5 min at room temperature.After that,the sensitized PP plastic was placed in 1.4%silver ammonia solution to activate at room temperature for 2 min.Finally,the activated PP plastic was electroless plated silver.The process conditions were as follows:14 g/L silver nitrate,a proper amount of ammonia water,10 g/L sodium hydroxide,10 g/L glucose,2 g/L tartaric acid,10.6 g/L sodium carbonate,100 mL/L ethanol,react at room temperature for 3 min.Results showed that a layer of metallic silver was uniformly deposited on the surface of PP by electroless plating.Through the analysis of surface morphology and element content of the coating by SEM and EDS,the coating structure was complete,and the substrate coverage was good,as well as the silver content was up to 100%.The resistance of the coating was tested with the multimeter,inducing that the resistance was low,which was 0.6-0.7Ω/cm.
