摘 要:为了考察在仿石涂料中加入Bi2O3对甲醛光催化降解率的影响,将Bi2O3分散到隔热保温吸音仿石涂料中,制得了健康环保隔热保温吸音仿石涂料,研究了Bi2O3用量对隔热保温吸音仿石涂料的硬度、附着力、接触角、吸水率、耐冲击性等性能的影响。以甲醛作为光催化降解模型污染物,评价了该涂料的光催化活性。结果表明:物理综合性能最好的是Bi2O3含量为1.0%时的涂料,其硬度为3 H、附着力为0级、接触角为77.82°、吸水率为1.32%,涂膜正、反面抗冲击性分别为5 N/45 cm、5 N/8 cm。加入Bi2O3的涂料对甲醛的降解程度较不加入Bi2O3的涂料有显著提高,当Bi2O3含量为0.5%时,光照210 min,所研制的仿石涂料对甲醛的光催化降解率达到37.8%。Healthy and environmentally friendly stone-like coatings were prepared through dispersing Bi2O3 powders into heat-insulation sound-absorbing stone-like coatings.Effects of the amount of Bi2O3 on the hardness,adhesion,contact angle,water absorption,impact resistance and other performances were investigated.Using formaldehyde as model pollutant of photocatalytic degradation,the photocatalytic activity of the coatings was investigated.Results showed that the coating with 1.0%Bi2O3 in the coating had the best comprehensive properties with hardness of 3 H,adhesion of Grade 0,contact angle of 77.82°,water absorption of 1.32%,and positive and negative impact resistances of the paint film of 5 N/45 cm and 5 N/8 cm,respectively.Compared with the coating without adding Bi2O3,the coatings adding Bi2O3 had the significant improvement for the degradation rate of formaldehyde,and when the content of Bi2O3 in the coating was 0.5%,photocatalytic degradation rate of the stone-like coating reached 37.8%under the condition of light for 210 min.
