摘  要:为了优化现有铍青铜清洗工艺,为企业提供技术支持,通过宏观观察、色度理论以及电化学试验等探究了苯并三氮唑和2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(BTA+AMT)复合以及苯并三氮唑和十二烷基硫酸钠(BTA+SDS)复合对QBe2铍青铜带表面的协同缓蚀效果。结果表明:经这两种钝化液处理过的铍青铜带材120 h内表面无明显颜色变化,与未钝化带材相比,其抗变色能力和抗腐蚀能力大大提高。与BTA+AMT相比,BTA+SDS钝化液对QBe2铍青铜带表面具有更佳的钝化效果,可以形成非常致密的多分子膜层,能有效保护铜表面不被腐蚀;经BTA+AMT钝化液处理后,QBe2铍青铜带表面也能形成一层致密度较高的膜层,对铜基体起到更好的抑制作用,但这层膜易脱落,耐蚀性也相对较低。The synergistic corrosion inhibition effect of benzotriazole with 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole(BTA+AMT)and benzotriazole with sodium dodecyl sulfate(BTA+SDS)on the surface of QBe2 beryllium bronze strips was investigated by means of macroscopic observation,chromaticity theory and electrochemical experiment.Result showed that there was no distinctive change of color on the surface of QBe2 beryllium bronze strips treated by the two kinds of passivator.Compared with the strips without passivation treatment,the anti-tarnishing and anti-corrosion properties of the strips after passivation were enhanced apparently.In the comparison of BTA+AMT,BTA+SDS exhibited much better passivation effect on the surface of QBe2 beryllium bronze strips by forming dense multimolecular layer.On the contrast,BTA+AMT treatment also could generate a relatively denser film on the surface of QBe2 beryllium bronze strips,which could inhibit the corrosion of Cu substrate,but this film was easy to fall off,leading to relatively lower corrosion resistance.
