摘 要:为解决石油炼化过程中存在的环烷酸高温腐蚀问题,以妥尔油脂肪酸和异佛尔酮二胺为原料制备出一种酰胺类缓蚀剂,并用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。通过正交试验优化得出最优的合成条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h,妥尔油脂肪酸和异佛尔酮二胺的摩尔比为1.0∶1.2。采用热重分析和失重法对合成产物的热稳定性及在高温下对环烷酸介质的缓蚀性能进行了评价,结果表明:所合成的高温缓蚀剂具有良好的热稳定性和抑制环烷酸高温腐蚀性能,在温度300℃、缓蚀剂添加量为0.02%、腐蚀时间为12 h及酸值为10 mg KOH/g的环烷酸-白油腐蚀介质中,所合成的缓蚀剂对A3钢的缓蚀率可以达到92.3%。In order to solve the problem that the high temperature corrosion of naphthenic acid in petroleum refining process,an amide phosphorus-free corrosion inhibitor was prepared from tall oil fatty acid and isophorone diamine.Subsequently,the structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows:reaction temperature of 80℃,reaction time of 3 h and the molar ratio of tall oil fatty acid and isophorone diamine of 1.0∶1.2.Meanwhile,thermogravimetric analysis and weightlessness method were used to evaluate the thermal stability of the synthesized product and the corrosion inhibition performance of naphthenic acid medium at high temperature.Results showed that the synthesized high temperature corrosion inhibitor had good thermal stability and high temperature corrosion inhibition for naphthenic acid.Under the conditions such as temperature of 300℃,corrosion inhibitor of 0.02%,corrosion time of 12 h and acid value of 10 mg KOH/g in naphthenic acid-white oil corrosion medium,the as-synthesized inhibitor possessed corrosion inhibition efficiency of 92.3%for A3 steel.
