摘　　要：作为我国第四大淡水湖,洪泽湖在我国苏北平原乃至整个华北平原的水系统中都扮演着关键的角色。无论是从旅游产业管理角度,还是从生态保护的角度,关于洪泽湖管理的研究都尤为重要。本文阐述了历年来相关单位在洪泽湖管理方面采取的一些措施,分析了管理能力方面存在的不足。从队伍建设、制度建设、环境考察、技术应用等方面,对洪泽湖管理能力建设的具体措施进行探讨,希望能为洪泽湖乃至更多湖泊、河流水环境的管理工作提供参考。As the fourth largest freshwater lake in China,Hongze Lake plays a key role in the watersystem of Subei Plain and even the whole North China Plain.Whether from the perspective of tourismindustry management or ecological protection,the research on Hongze Lake management is particularlyimportant.This paper expounds some measures taken by relevant units in Hongze Lake managementover the years,and analyzes the shortcomings of management ability.From the aspects of team building,system construction,environmental inspection,technology application and so on,the concrete measuresof management capacity building of Hongze Lake are discussed,hoping to provide reference for themanagement of water environment of Hongze Lake and even more lakes and rivers.
