摘  要:燕矶长江大桥为主跨1860 m内外缆不同垂度四主缆体系重力式锚碇悬索桥,重力式锚碇设置前后左右4个锚室对应四主缆,每个锚室均设有预应力锚固系统,预应力锚固系统前锚面为条形集群式结构。针对四主缆悬索桥集群式锚固系统施工测量重难点,运用空间立体几何计算方法及逆转矩阵坐标系统转换方法计算施工独立坐标系下的锚固系统坐标,运用徕卡TS60全站仪采集定位支架监测数据,对监测数据进行分析后为预埋管定位提供修正依据,运用基于检测台的长大分节预埋管测量方法验收预埋管,运用基于线定向原理建立假定坐标系验收前锚面,采用偏差回归线法进行前锚垫板安装。锚固系统施工期间,通过布设锚固系统施工控制网,定位支架变形监测、预埋管精确定位及集群式前锚面安装等技术,精准将锚固系统精确定位至5 mm范围内,奠定了悬索桥主缆顺利架设的基础。Yanji Yangtze River Bridge is a gravity anchorage suspension bridge with the main span of 1860 m.The four anchor chambers correspond to the four main cables.Each anchor room is equipped with a prestressed anchorage system,and the front anchor surface of the prestressed anchorage system is a strip cluster structure.In view of the four main cable suspension bridge cluster anchorage system construction measurement difficulties,using the spatial stereo geometry calculation method and reverse matrix coordinate system conversion method to calculate the anchorage system coordinate construction independent coordinate system,using the lai card TS60 station to collect the positioning bracket monitoring data,analyze the monitoring data to provide correction basis for the embedded pipe positioning,using the measuring method of the embedded pipe,install the anchor plate by using the deviation regression line method.During the construction of the anchoring system,the anchoring system is accurately positioned to 5 mm through the construction control network of the anchor system,the deformation monitoring of the positioning bracket,the embedded pipe and the precise positioning of the cluster front anchor surface installation,which laid the foundation for the smooth erection of the main cable of the suspension bridge.
