摘 要:为了适应生态文明建设和自然资源管理的国家重大需求,亟需针对自然资源调查监测任务中的技术难点开展研究。该文提出了自然资源无缝数据立方体(NR-SDC)构建与要素智能监测评价框架,并在山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程区域开展了试验验证和应用示范。结果表明,该文设计的基于虚拟星座的多源数据融合重建框架,能够显著提高遥感数据质量,有效支撑了逐日NR-SDC研制,可服务于自然资源状况近实时监测。该文研发的自然资源全要素动态智能监测框架,显示出优异性能,可支撑长时序、高分辨率逐年自然资源要素智能提取。该文所形成的自然资源要素监测评价框架,可服务于生态保护修复重点区域自然资源要素时空变化量化,可为国土空间用途优化、生态状况评价应用提供支持。In order to meet the major national needs of ecological civilization construction and natural resource management,it is urgent to carry out research on the main technical difficulties in the surveying and monitoring of natural resource.In this context,this paper proposed a framework for the construction of natural resource seamless data cube(NR-SDC)and intelligent monitoring of natural resource elements,and validated its effectiveness through experiments and application demonstration in the key area of ecological protection and restoration projects for mountains-rivers-forests-farmlands-lakes-grasslands.The research results showed that the designed multi-source spatio-temporal data fusion and reconstruction framework based on virtual constellations significantly improved the quality of remote sensing data,effectively supported the development of daily NR-SDC,and could serve the needs of near real-time monitoring of natural resources.The developed intelligent natural resource element dynamic mapping framework showed excellent performance and could effectively support long-time-series,high-resolution,annual natural resource element intelligent extraction.The formed natural resource element monitoring and evaluation framework could serve the quantification of the spatio-temporal change pattern of natural resource elements in core areas of ecological protection and restoration,and further provide decision support for applications such as land development and utilization optimization,ecological status evaluation,and early warning.
