摘 要:针对现有遥感影像超分辨率方法在进行重建时,还存在色彩亮度不均衡、细节纹理不明显、难以重建缺失信息等问题,该文提出了参考图像特征迁移的遥感影像超分辨率重建方法。将采集自不同卫星的遥感影像作为参考信息,基于空间自适应去正则化方法和改进的卷积块注意模块,构建了相关特征自适应模块进行特征迁移。在提高遥感影像分辨率的同时,实现参考图像特征和低分辨率图像特征在色彩亮度分布上的一致,避免无关的参考信息对图像重建的影响。运用该文方法与其他超分辨率重建方法进行对比实验,客观评价指标峰值信噪比和主观视觉效果感知指标均优于对比方法,表明该文提出的重建方法能够有效改善超分辨率重建后图像的色彩和纹理,取得视觉感知表现更好的超分辨率重建效果。Aiming at the problem that the existing remote sensing image super-resolution methods still have unbalanced color brightness,inconspicuous detail texture and difficulty in reconstructing missing information when performing reconstruction,a remote sensing image super-resolution reconstruction method with reference image feature migration was proposed in this paper.Taking remote sensing images collected from different satellites as reference information,a relevant feature adaptive module for feature migration was constructed based on the spatially adaptive denormalization method and the improved convolutional block attention module.The resolution of remote sensing images was improved while achieving the consistency of color brightness distribution between reference image features and low-resolution image features,which avoided the influence of irrelevant reference information on image reconstruction.The proposed method was applied to the RRSSRD dataset for comparison experiments with other super-resolution reconstruction methods.The objective evaluation index of peak signal-to-noise ratio and the subjective visual effect perception index were better than other comparison methods.Experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively improve the color and texture of the super-resolution reconstructed images and achieved the super-resolution reconstruction effect with better visual perception performance.
