摘 要:针对口袋公园选址研究时缺乏对自身独特差异性的考虑,或选址模型较为简单的问题。该文选取武汉市汉阳区为研究区,在公园空间适宜性评价基础上,采用多目标决策模型(MCDM)分阶段进行口袋公园布局优化。结果表明:(1)社会经济因素是影响口袋公园适宜性评价的主导因素,人口与交通是社会经济因素中的最主要因子;(2)包含服务功能、生态功能和兼顾社会公平期望的MCDM模型适应性较好,分阶段优化后,最终新建口袋公园77个,居民点覆盖率达到92.43%,重点污染源覆盖率达到100%,各街道、社区公园分布均衡,绝大多数居民对公园的使用需求达到满足。In view of the lack of consideration of its own unique differences in the study of Pocket Park location,or the relatively simple location model.The paper selected the Hanyang District of Wuhan City as the study area,and used a multi-criteria decision model(MCDM)to optimize the layout of pocket parks in stages on the basis of park spatial suitability evaluation.The results showed that:(1)the socio-economic factors were the leading factors affecting the suitability evaluation of Pocket Park,and population and traffic were the most important factors among the socio-economic factors;(2)The MCDM model,which included service function,ecological function and social equity expectation,had a good adaptability.After phased optimization,77 pocket parks have been built,the residential coverage rate has reached 92.43%,the coverage rate of key pollution sources has reached 100%,and the distribution of streets and community parks was balanced,and the vast majority of residents’demand for park use was met.
