摘 要:带式输送机在港口运输体系中占据着极其重要的地位,既是港口主要的生产设备,又是主要的耗能设备。该项目使用智能伺服永磁直驱系统,替代“异步电动机+耦合器+减速机”构成的传统皮带机驱动模式,避免了电机起动的瞬间大电流给电网带来的冲击。在港口设备应用中,改变了传统皮带机系统驱动模式,较原有系统减少了中间环节,既节能又减轻设备的磨损,降低中间传动环节造成故障的可能性。经过运行,该技术具有十分显著的优点:高效,节能减碳效果明显;改造工期短,对生产影响小;负载更平衡,电网冲击小;实现软启动,皮带损伤小,维护成本降低。The belt conveyor occupies an extremely important position in the port transportation system.It is not only the main production equipment of the port,but also the main energy-consuming equipment.This project uses an intelligent servo permanent magnet direct drive system to replace the traditional belt drive mode composed of"asynchronous motor+coupler+reducer",which avoids the impact of the instantaneous high current when the motor starts to the power grid.In the application of port equipment,the drive mode of the traditional belt conveyor system is changed,and the intermediate links are reduced compared with the original system,which can not only save energy but also reduce the wear and tear of equipment,and reduce the possibility of failure caused by the intermediate transmission link.After operation,the technology has very significant characteristics:high efficiency,obvious effect of energy saving and carbon reduction;short renovation period,less impact on production;more balanced load,less power grid impact;soft start,less belt damage,and reduced maintenance costs.
