摘  要:某油船的主要支撑构件采用了经拓扑优化得到的新颖类桁架式结构,将传统的纵舱壁垂直桁与双层底肋板之间的支撑大肘板改为斜撑结构,对于该船双层底肋板的承载而言,将从传统的单跨梁承载形式改为复杂梁系承载形式,其上的剪切力分布将发生根本变化,无法直接适用现有CSR关于油船双层底肋板的描述性要求。通过研究现有CSR针对油船双层底肋板的描述性要求技术背景,基于舱段强度评估,提出1种类桁架斜撑下双层底肋板的简化梁模型,通过理论推导结合直接计算建议了适用于类桁架斜撑下双层底肋板的剪力分布系数,并通过不同船型计算验证了公式的普适性,为新颖支撑结构下双层底实肋板的结构设计和描述性评估提供了技术支撑。New inclined strut supported as primary support members are applied based on topological optimization on an oil tanker.The conventional lower end bracket of vertical web frames on longitudinal bulkhead and its back bracket supporting for double bottom floor are replaced by new inclined struts.For the bearing capacity of the double bottom floor,the simplified single span beam bearing form is changed into complex grillage bearing form.The sheer force distribution for the double bottom floor has changed fundamentally.The prescriptive requirements of existing rules cannot be adopted for the floor supported by new inclined strut structure.A simplified beam model simulating double bottom floor supported by new inclined strut is presented based on the technical background research of prescriptive requirement for oil tanker’s double bottom floor of the existing CSR and cargo hold FE structural analysis.New shear force distribution factors satisfied new structure are suggested through theoretical derivation combined with FEM analysis.The universality of the distribution factors is verified by the calculation of a different ship type.The results can provide technical support for the structural design and prescriptive evaluation for oil tanker’s double bottom floor supported by new inclined strut.
