基于“培养+选拔”价值取向的中国大学生排球联赛发展研究

摘　　要：该研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对目前中国大学生排球联赛(CUVA)中存在的运动员专业化水平整体不高、高水平后备人才匮乏、教练员队伍业务水平整体偏低、各地区高校排球发展不均衡、投融资机制不健全以及联赛品牌打造不成功等问题进行了分析。为了缓解和解决上述问题,从"培养+选拔"的角度提出未来CUVA发展方向:一是切实提高联赛整体的竞技水平;二是弘扬竞技体育的育人价值;三是加强教练员队伍建设;四是完善高水平排球人才培养机制;五是提升联赛的品牌价值。CUVA既要能够培养出高水平排球人才队伍,也要选拔出具有国际水平运动员队伍,实现"培养+选拔"的价值目标,为中国排球事业的发展做出应有的贡献。The research analyzed the current problems in Chinese University Volleyball League(CUVA)including low athlete professional level,lack of high-level reserve talents,generally low-level coach team,unbalanced regional development in university volleyball,unsound investment and financing mechanisms,and unsuccessful league branding,through literature review and logic analysis.In order to alleviate and solve the above problems,the future development direction of CUVA is proposed from the perspective of"cultivation+selection":1.effectively improving the overall competitive level of the league;2.carrying forward the educational value of competitive sports;3.strengthening the team building of coaches;4.improving the training mechanism for high-level volleyball talents;5.enhancing the brand value of the league.CUVA should not only be able to train high-level volleyball talent team,but also select international level athletes team,to achieve the value goal of"training+selection",to make due contributions to the development of China’s volleyball cause.
