体育强国建设的新历史方位、现代化内涵及其历史动力

摘　　要：党的二十大开启了体育强国建设的新征程,立足中国式现代化这一伟大理论创新解析体育强国建设成为当前的理论命题之一。以体育强国建设的核心理论维度为研究视域,以马克思主义理论、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,采用文献资料、历史分析等研究法,对体育强国建设所涉新起点即历史方位、内在本质即现代化内涵、发展本源即历史动力进行了探讨。研究认为:中国社会主要矛盾的转变和中国式现代化的主旨内涵,及其二者的历史意蕴,引领了体育强国建设的新历史方位和现代化内涵;并以马克思主义中国化的实践品质为学理逻辑,依据党的二十大所蕴含的新发展理念,提出党的领导力、人民的主体力、社会主要矛盾的内生力、系统观念的融合力与人类命运共同体理念的和平力是新征程中体育强国建设的历史动力系统。对以上理论问题的探讨目的在于明确新历史时期体育强国建设的根本遵循,厘清该领域学术研究的政治指向,并为体育强国建设提供理论支撑。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has started a new journey of building a leading sporting nation and analyzing the construction of a leading sporting nation based on the great theoretical innovation of Chinese path to modernization has become one of the current theoretical propositions.In view of this,this paper takes the core theoretical dimension of the construction of a leading sporting nation as the research horizon,takes Marxist theory and Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guidance,and adopts the research methods of literature and historical analysis to explore the new starting point,i.e.,the historical orientation,the essential requirement,i.e.,the connotation of modernization,and the source of development,i.e.,the historical power involved in the construction of a leading sporting nation.The study concludes that:the transformation of China’s main social contradiction and the main connotation of Chinese path to modernization,and the historical implications of both of them,guide the new historical orientation and modernization connotation of the construction of a leading sporting nation;and taking the practical quality of Sinicization of Marxism as the theoretical logic,and based on the new development concept contained in the 20th Party Congress,the leadership of the Party,the subjective power of the people,the endogenous power of the main social contradiction,the integration power of systemic conception and the peace power of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind are the historical power system for the construction of a leading sporting nation in the new journey.The purpose of exploring the above theoretical issues is to clarify the fundamental guidelines for the construction of a leading sporting nation in the new historical period,to clarify the political orientation of the theoretical research in this field,and to provide theoretical support for the construction of a leading sporting nation.
