摘 要:以晚熟苹果品种‘岳华’为试材,研究采前喷施茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)对果实着色与内在品质的影响,为合理利用MJ增加苹果果实色泽、提升果实品质提供理论依据。结果表明:MJ处理的果皮花青苷含量是对照的2.48倍,叶绿素含量比对照低22.2%,对增加着色极为有利;MJ处理的可滴定酸含量有所降低,固酸比提高28.8%。To provide theoretical support for the rational use of MJ to increase the fruit color and quality of‘Yuehua’apple.Taking late variety‘Yuehua’apple as the test material research the effect on the fruit color and internal quality of spraying methyl jasmonate(MJ)before harvest.The results showed that the anthocyanin content in peel of MJ treatment was 2.48 times of that of the control,and the chlorophyll content was 22.2%lower than that of the control,which was very beneficial to increase the coloring;the titratable acid content of MJ treatment was decreased,and the solid acid ratio was increased by 28.8%.
