摘  要:随着"水十条"的发布,废水回收利用逐渐受到社会的重视,分离和收集废水中的污泥是制约废水回收利用的一个重要环节。以某沿江火电厂净水污泥处理系统为例,阐述了存在的问题及从污泥收集、污泥输送、污泥脱水等方面采取的优化措施,经过设备改造和运行试验,取得了较好的处理效果,探索出一套有效的污泥收集、输送和分离的方法,供相关从业人员参考。With the release of"Ten Rules of water",the society pays more and more attention to the recycling of waste water.How to separate and collect the sludge in wastewater has become an important part of restricting wastewater recycling.Taking a clean water sludge treatment system of a thermal power plant along the river as an example,this paper mainly introduces the existing problems and optimization measures of the water purification sludge treatment system from the aspects of sludge collection,sludge transportation and sludge dehydration.After equipment transformation and operation test,good treatment results have been achieved,and an effective method of sludge collection,transportation and separation has been explored for the reference of relevant practitioners.
