摘  要:股骨近段是骨转移癌的好发部位,其病理性骨折的发生率占全身长骨骨折的61%,远高于其他解剖部位[1]。随着化疗手段的不断进步,患者的生存期逐渐延长,患者对生存质量也提出了更高的要求。笔者近期收治1例股骨近端病理性骨折髓内钉治疗术后失效患者,采用病灶切除+3D打印定制全髋关节假体置换术治疗,随访1年效果满意,报道如下。Objective To explore effects of 3D printed custom made prosthesis on the postoperative internal fixation failure following proximal femoral pathological fracture with. Methods A 68-year-old man was admitted. CT detected the destruction in the proximal femur. The right proximal femur and surrounding soft tissues were resected and 3D printed custom prosthesis was implanted for limb salvage during the surgery. Trochanteric muscles were preserved and reconstructed. Results The incision healed without wound rupture or infection. No recurrence was found, and functions were good after 1 year’s follow-up. Conclusions 3D printed custom prosthesis can be considered for limb salvage to ensure smooth operation and initial stabilization for patients with internal fixation failure in the proximal femur.
