摘  要:Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+/光转换剂复合红色发光材料是光转换剂与Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+按一定质量比混合后经联合剂处理制成的一种长余辉发光材料,具备Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+的高亮度、稳定性好等优良特性的同时能发出红色光。分别采用硅烷偶联剂(KH560)、铝酸酯偶联剂(DL-411-A)、铝锆偶联剂(LD-139-3)及其复合偶联剂(A:硅烷与铝酸酯偶联剂复合;B:硅烷、铝酸酯与铝锆偶联剂复合)作为联合剂,制备该复合红色发光材料。探究不同偶联剂对发光性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪、余辉亮度仪对复合发光材料的表面形貌、物相结构及发光性能进行分析和表征。结果表明:3种不同偶联剂对复合发光材料的发红光性能均有提升作用,复合偶联剂的效果更佳。经复合偶联剂B掺入后,Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+表面变得粗糙,黏附着大量的光转换剂颗粒。样品在605 nm左右发射峰强度提高了1.89倍,同时在470 nm左右发射峰强度下降了72%;初始余辉亮度提高了1.86倍左右;色纯度提高了1.87倍左右。Composite red luminescent material Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+/light conversion agent is a kind of long-afterglow luminescent material prepared with a light conversion agent and Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+at a certain mass ratio.This material has excellent characteristics(i.e.high brightness and good stability)of Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+.Also,it can emit a red light.In this paper,silane coupling agent(i.e.KH560),aluminate-coupling agent(i.e.DL-411-A),zircoaluminate coupling agent(i.e.LD-139-3)and their composite coupling agents(i.e.A:composite of silane coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent;B:composite of silane coupling agent,aluminate coupling agent and aluminum zirconium coupling agent)were used to prepare the composite red luminescent materials.The effects of coupling agent on the luminescence properties were investigated.The surface morphology,phase structure and luminescence properties of the composite luminescent materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,fluorescence spectrometer and afterglow luminance meter.The results show that three coupling agent all can improve the luminescence performance of composite luminescent materials,and the composite coupling agent has a better effect.The surface of Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+,Dy^3+becomes coarse and adheres to the massive light conversion agent particles when a composite coupling agent B is used.In this case,the emission peak intensity of the sample is increased by 1.89 times at 605 nm,but decreased by 72%at 470 nm,the initial afterglow brightness is increased by 1.86 times,and the color purity is enhanced by 1.87 times.
