摘 要:以二环己基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)和聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)为原料合成聚氨酯预聚物,然后以丁酮肟(MEKO)为封闭剂、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂制备了热解封反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。着重探究了预聚体的封闭、扩链和解封,以及PTMG对热熔胶结晶性能的影响,讨论了湿固化时间、—NCO含量和聚合物二元醇中PTMG物质的量分数对热熔胶拉伸剪切强度的影响。研究结果表明:热熔胶在150℃下30 min完成解封,当PTMG物质的量分数含量为10%、—NCO含量为3.33%、湿固化7 d时,拉伸剪切强度为7.90 MPa;随着PTMG物质的量分数增加,热熔胶的结晶性能逐渐降低,拉伸剪切强度减小。Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized from dicyclohexylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate(HMDI),poly(1,4-butylene adipate)(PBA)and polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG)as raw materials.Then,the thermally deblocking reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive was prepared with 2-butanone oxime(MEKO)as the blocking agent and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as the chain extender.The blocking,chain extension and deblocking of prepolymer as well as the effects of PTMG on the crystallization properties of hot melt adhesive were emphatically investigated.The effects of moisture curing time,—NCO content and PTMG mole fraction in polymer diols on the tensile shear strength of hot melt adhesive were discussed.The research results showed that the hot melt adhesive was deblocked at 150℃in 30 min,when the mole fraction of PTMG was 10%,the content of—NCO was 3.33%,and moisture curing time was 7 d,the tensile shear strength was 7.90 MPa.With the increase of PTMG mole fraction,the crystallization properties of hot melt adhesive gradually decreased,and the tensile shear strength decreased as well.
