摘　　要：由甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(n-BA)、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)合成了一种含羟基丙烯酸树脂。由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)合成了半封闭异氰酸酯(IPDI-HEA)半加成物。将上述两者进行接枝反应,制备了光敏性丙烯酸酯树脂,经乳化得到丙烯酸酯乳液,最后经电泳和UV固化制备了阴极电泳涂膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征产物的结构,同时考察了单体用量和IPDI-HEA接枝率对漆膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:当热引发剂与链转移剂的质量分数分别为2.0%与0.3%、亲水基团DMAEMA的质量分数为12%(均相对于丙烯酸酯单体总量而言)、IPDI-HEA与HEMA的接枝比例控制在n(IPDI-HEA)∶n(HEMA)=8∶10时,所得乳液为乳白色蓝色相;乳液状态稳定,电导率好,整体性能优异;电泳所得漆膜光滑,附着力好,光泽高,硬度高,符合预期要求。A hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin was synthesized from methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl methacrylate(n-BA),dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA).A semi-blocked isocyanate(IPDI-HEA)semi-adduct was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA).The photosensitive acrylate resin was prepared by grafting the above two products,and the acrylate emulsion was obtained by emulsification.Finally,the cathodic electrophoretic coating film was prepared by electrophoresis and UV curing.The product structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the effects of monomer content and IPDI-HEA grafting ratio on the coating film properties were investigated.The research results showed that when the mass fraction of thermal initiator and chain transfer agent was 2.0%and 0.3%respectively,the mass fraction of hydrophilic group DMAEMA was 12%(all relative to the total amount of acrylate monomer),and the grafting ratio of IPDI-HEA and HEMA was controlled at n(IPDI-HEA)∶n(HEMA)=8∶10,the emulsion obtained was opal-white and blue phase.The emulsion had stable state,good conductivity and excellent overall performance.The coating film obtained by electrophoresis was smooth,with good adhesion,high gloss and hardness,which met the expected requirements.
