摘  要:使用自由基共聚合的方法,以丙烯酸六氟丁酯(F6BA)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为功能单体,制备了含氟预聚物并探索了较佳合成工艺。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对预聚物进行了结构分析。以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为固化剂对预聚物固化得到含氟弹性体,并对其力学性能、热性能、耐化学介质性、粘接性能进行了探究。研究结果表明:含氟预聚物的较佳配比为引发剂及链转移剂用量分别占1.5%和2.0%,功能单体HEMA质量分数占3.2%;较佳配比的含氟预聚物与IPDI固化,得到的含氟弹性体的拉伸强度为3.29 MPa,断裂伸长率为150%,T_(g)为-6.1℃,热分解5%的温度为276.5℃,弹性体表现出优良的热稳定性、耐化学介质性和对纳米铝粉优良的粘接性。Using the method of free radical copolymerization,with hexafluorobutyl acrylate(F6BA)as the main monomer and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as the functional monomer,the fluorine-containing prepolymer was prepared and the optimal synthesis process was explored.The structure of prepolymer was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.The fluorine-containing elastomer was obtained by curing the prepolymer with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as the curing agent,and its mechanical properties,thermal properties,chemical medium resistance and bonding properties were investigated.The research results showed that the optimal ratio of fluorine-containing prepolymer was that,the using amount of initiator and chain transfer agent accounted for 1.5%and 2.0%respectively,the mass fraction of functional monomer HEMA accounted for 3.2%.When the fluorine-containing prepolymer with optimal ratio was cured with IPDI,the tensile strength of the fluorine-containing elastomer obtained was 3.29 MPa,the elongation at break was 150%,T_(g)was-6.1℃,and the temperature of 5%thermal decomposition was 276.5℃.The elastomer exhibited excellent thermal stability,chemical medium resistance and excellent bonding property to nano-aluminum powder.
