摘 要:利用箱式电阻炉在不同温度下(1000,1050,1100,1150℃)对H13锻坯试样进行正火处理,并进行了后续等温退火和淬回火处理,研究了正火温度对其显微组织和抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明:高温正火处理能明显改善H13钢的锻态组织;正火温度在1000~1100℃时,随正火温度升高,晶粒变得细小均匀,带状偏析和共晶碳化物减少,冲击韧性提高;1150℃正火处理后晶粒发生明显粗化,冲击韧性下降;H13锻件的最佳正火处理温度为1100℃。The wrought H13 samples were normalized at different temperatures(1000,1050,1100,1150℃)by instrument of chamber electric furnace,followed by isothermal annealing and quenching and tempering treatments.The influence of normalizing temperature on its microstructure and impact properties was studied.The results show that the microstructure of H13 steel at forged state could be obviously improved by high temperature normalizing treatment.When the normalizing temperature was 1000-1100℃,as the normalizing temperature increased,the grains became fine and uniform,band segregation and eutectic carbides were reduced,and the impact toughness was improved.After normalizing at 1150℃,the grains were obviously coarsened and the impact toughness decreased.The best normalizing temperature for H13 forgings was 1100℃.
