摘　　要：利用高温共聚焦显微仪对不同热处理工艺条件下Cr8Mo2SiV冷作模具钢中二次碳化物和共晶碳化物尺寸、形状及分布的变化进行了原位观察。结果表明:在高温保温处理时,碳化物在晶粒内部的溶解较晶界处的更易发生;随着奥氏体化温度的升高,弥散分布的颗粒状二次碳化物由于尺寸小和合金元素含量低而优先发生溶解,长条链状的共晶碳化物则首先在颈缩部位发生溶断,然后在尖端和微凸等曲率较大部位发生溶解,最后曲率半径小的共晶碳化物长大而发生团聚、粒状化。The size,shape and distribution of secondary carbides and eutectic carbides in Cr8Mo2SiV cold work die steel under different heat treatment conditions were observed by high temperature laser confocal in situ.The results show that the dissolution of carbides in grain was easier than that in grain boundary during high temperature insulation treatment.With the increase of austenitizing temperature,the dispersed granular secondary carbides were preferentially dissolved due to their small size and low content of alloying elements.The long chain eutectic carbides first dissolved at the necking part of the chain,then dissolved in the parts with larger curvature such as the tip and surface micro convex,and finally the eutectic carbides with small curvature radius grew up and agglomerated.
