摘  要:针对广西电网辖区范围变电站端子箱存在内部空间狭小不利于热空气流通、梅雨季节易发生凝露等问题,在端子箱内部加装智能除湿散热装置,通过太阳能驱动风扇散热,把被动散热方式改变为主动散热,降低端子箱内部与环境的温差,还可以根据采集的端子箱内外温湿度及时启动加热功能,避免凝露现象的发生,保障二次设备安全可靠运行。太阳能电池板不需要外接交流电源,安装维护简单,投资成本低。实际运行情况表明,智能除湿散热装置可以提高端子箱的安全运行时间,减少运维人员的维护工作量。The terminal boxes of substations within the Guangxi power grid have problems with limited internal space,which is not conducive to hot air circulation,and condensation is prone to occur during the rainy season.To avoid such problems,an intelligent dehumidification and heat dissipation device is installed inside the terminal box.By using solar powered fans to dissipate heat,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the terminal box can be reduced.The heating function can also be activated based on the collected temperature and humidity inside and outside the terminal box to avoid condensation and ensure the safe and reliable operation of secondary equipment.Solar panels does not require an external AC power supply,which is easy to install and maintain,and has low investment costs.The actual operation situation shows that the intelligent dehumidification and heat dissipation device can improve the safe operation time of the terminal box and reduce the maintenance work of operation.
