摘　　要：10 kV手车式断路器电磁铁故障较多,主要表现为电磁铁拒动、绝缘损坏、出力不足等问题。电磁铁的出力情况直接影响电磁铁的性能,针对VS1型手车式断路器,本文提出了一种直流电磁铁出力简易计算方法,可以对电磁铁的出力进行快速计算,设计了一种电磁铁动作力测试平台,可以准确地测量电磁铁不带负载下的出力。通过对电磁铁空载下的出力分析,可以提前发现电磁铁自身的一些缺陷,指导工作人员排查断路器机械故障原因,具有一定的实用价值。10 kV handcart type circuit breaker solenoid failure is more,mainly manifested as solenoid refusal,insulation damage,insufficient output force and other problems.Electromagnet force situation directly affects the performance of the electromagnet,for VS1 type handcart circuit breaker,this paper puts forward a DC magnet force simple calculation method,can be quickly calculated on the electromagnet force;designed a electromagnet action force test platform,can accurately measure the electromagnet without load under the force.By analyzing the output force of electromagnet under no load,some defects of electromagnet itself can be found in advance,and the staff can be guided to investigate the causes of mechanical failure of circuit breaker,the article has certain practical value.
