摘　　要：中风又称脑卒中,是一种致残率极高的神经性疾病。中风后痉挛是目前中风康复期患者常见的并发症之一,在临床上常表现为肢体运动障碍、患肢感觉系统障碍以及肌张力增高、肌肉萎缩、肌力降低等。因此,早发现早治疗成为目前中风后痉挛性瘫痪临床诊治的首要原则。早在两千多年前,针刺疗法就有着较为广泛的应用,不同的针刺部位、针刺方法、针刺时机等均可对针刺疗效产生影响。本文对近年来针刺治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的文献进行梳理,以期探索规律、拓展思路,提高临床使用针刺治疗该病的疗效。Stroke,also known as cerebral apoplexy,is a neurological disease with an extremely high disability rate.Spasms after stroke remain one of the common complications in patients with stroke rehabilitation,which often manifests as limb movement disorder,sensory system disorder of the affected limb,hypertonia,muscle atrophy,and decreased muscle strength in clinical practice.Therefore,early detection and treatment has become the primary principle of clinical diagnosis and treatment for stroke spastic paralysis.As early as over 2000 years ago,acupuncture therapy had been widely used.Different acupuncture sites,methods,and timing can have an impact on acupuncture efficacy.In this paper,the literature on acupuncture treatment for apoplectic spastic paralysis in recent years is sorted out to explore the pattern,expand ideas,and promote the clinical use of acupuncture treatment for this disease.
