PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。方法抽取烟台特勤疗养中心2018年6月—2019年6月未实行PDCA循环的80件消毒样品,以及2019年7月—2020年7月实行PDCA循环的80件消毒样品进行比较,观察实行PDCA循环后消毒供应室护理管理效果。结果实施PDCA循环后的消毒工作质量(环境管理、清洗质量、包装质量、消毒灭菌质量)显著高于实施前,即实验组高于对照组,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。在具体实施PDCA循环后的护理服务总满意度明显更高,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对消毒供应室采取PDCA循环的作用效果突出,可显著提升消毒工作质量,使得院内范围内的感染发生的几率进一步走低。Objective to analyze the application effect of pdca cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply room.Methods a total of 80 disinfection samples without pdca cycle from june 2018 to june 2019 and 80 disinfection samples with pdca cycle from july 2019 to july 2020 were selected and compared to observe the nursing management effect of disinfection supply room after the implementation of pdca cycle.Results after the implementation of pdca cycle,the quality of disinfection(environmental management,cleaning quality,packaging quality,disinfection and sterilization quality)was significantly higher than before,that is,the experimental group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).after the implementation of pdca cycle,the total satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion adopting pdca cycle in the disinfection supply room has a prominent effect,which can significantly improve the quality of disinfection work and further reduce the incidence of infection within the hospital.
