在细菌性肝脓肿经皮肝穿刺置管引流术治疗中采用询证护理干预的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探析循证护理措施用于细菌性肝脓肿经皮肝穿刺置管引流术进行治疗的效果。方法选择我院2019年1月~2021年1月收治的90例细菌性肝脓肿患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取经皮肝穿刺置管引流术进行治疗,按照随机数字分组的原则以对照组、观察组区分,每组各45例,对照组采取常规护理措施进行干预,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上采取循证护理措施进行干预,对比两组患者体温恢复时间、脓腔消失时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率等指标。结果观察组患者的体温恢复时间、脓腔消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理措施用于细菌性经皮肝穿刺置管引流术患者的治疗中能获得较为理想的效果,可加快患者术后恢复速度,降低并发症发生率,对改善患者治疗预后有着积极的作用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing measures in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess by percutaneous liver puncture and drainage.Methods 90 patients with bacterial liver abscess treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated by percutaneous liver puncture and drainage,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random number,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by conventional nursing measures,while the observation group was intervened by evidence-based nursing measures on the basis of conventional nursing measures.The temperature recovery time,abscess cavity disappearance time and abscess cavity disappearance time of the two groups were compared.Results The temperature recovery time,pus cavity disappearance time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing measures can achieve ideal results in the treatment of patients with bacterial percutaneous liver puncture and drainage,which can speed up the postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and play a positive role in improving the prognosis of patients.
