摘  要:为了分析分层连续施工时二次扰动对水泥稳定碎石基层层间结合特性的影响,采取室内模拟成型工艺制备水稳碎石混合料试件,观察试件层间结合状态,分析不同延迟时间和层间水泥浆撒布量对层间抗剪强度、抗压强度和沉降变形的影响。结果表明,在延迟时间12h内,试件上下层色差较小,随着延迟时间增加,试件上下层分界面痕迹愈加清晰,界面逐渐有微裂纹产生;在延迟时间12h内施加二次扰动对水泥稳定碎石材料的强度和变形影响较小,超过该延迟时间后水稳碎石试件的强度衰减明显、沉降变形减小;6h延迟时间内,试件抗剪强度受层间水泥浆撒布量影响较小,超过6h后层间水泥浆的撒布量对抗剪强度的改善作用显著。在水泥稳定碎石基层分层连续施工中,推荐从下层拌和开始的12h内完成上层结构的施工。层间水泥浆撒布量建议为1.0kg/m^2~1.5kg/m^2。To analyze the influence of the disturbance of layered continuous construction on the interlayer bonding characteristics of cement stabilized macadam base,the indoor simulated molding process is used to prepare the cement stabilized macadam mixture test piece,and the interlayer bonding state of the test pieces is observed,the impact of different delay time and inter-layer cement slurry amount on interlayer shear strength,compressive strength and settlement deformation are analyzed.The test results indicate the chromatic aberration between the upper and lower layers of the specimens is minor within 12 h of the delay-time.As the delay-time increases,the traces of the upper and lower layers of the specimens become clearer and the interface has micro-cracks.The secondary disturbance applied within 12 hdelaytime has minor effect on the strength and deformation of the cement stabilized macadam material.After the delay time,the strength of the cement stabilized macadam specimen is significantly attenuated and the settlement deformation is reduced.During the 6 hdelay-time,the shear strength of the specimen is less affected by the amount of inter-layer cement slurry.After 6 h,the amount of inter-layer cement slurry is significantly improved against the shear strength.Therefore,in the continuous construction of cement stabilized macadam base layer,it is recommended to complete the construction of the superstructure within12 hfrom the start of the mixing of the lower layer,and the amount of inter-layer cement slurry is recommended to be 1.0 kg/m^2~1.5 kg/m^2.
