摘　　要：目的了解2009—2019年衢州市柯城区暗娼艾滋病干预方法对艾滋病知晓、血清学检测、安全套使用等情况的影响,为开展艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法选取4300名暗娼,并对其进行调查。结果2009—2019年总艾滋病抗体阳性检出率为0.07%;艾滋病知晓率整体呈增高趋势;梅毒检出率呈波动起伏趋势,各年份梅毒检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.996,P<0.001);最近一个月安全套使用率呈波动性上升趋势。不同档次场所的暗娼人群艾滋病知晓率(χ^(2)=55.299)、梅毒检出率(χ^(2)=114.261)、最近一个月安全套使用率(χ^(2)=537.892)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。工作场所档次、文化程度是梅毒检出率的保护因素(P<0.001)。结论暗娼艾滋病干预措施具有一定成果,艾滋病知晓率、最近一个月安全套使用率均呈逐年上升趋势。低档场所暗娼的干预效果明显,但各指标仍较中、高档场所的暗娼高。应继续加强对年轻、文化程度低、在婚的低档场所暗娼的干预工作。Objective To know the influence of AIDS intervention methods on AIDS awareness,serological testing and condom utilization among FSWs in Kecheng District,Quzhou City from 2009 to 2019,to provide evidence for the intervention of prostitutes.Methods 4300 FSWs were selected by the method of convenience sampling and investigated.Results From 2009 to 2019,the positive detection rate of total AIDS antibody was 0.07%.The overall AIDS awareness rate showed an increasing trend;the syphilis detection rate fluctuated,and there was statistically significant difference in syphilis detection rates among different years(χ^(2)=42.996,P<0.001).The condom utilization rate in the last month showed a fluctuating upward trend.The AIDS awareness rate(χ^(2)=55.299),syphilis detection rate(χ^(2)=114.261)and condom utilization rate in the last month(χ^(2)=537.892)among the FSWs in different grades of places were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Workplace grade and educational level were protective factors for the detection rate of syphilis(P<0.001).Conclusion The FSWs AIDS intervention measures have achieved certain results.The AIDS awareness rate and the condom utilization rate in the last month have been increasing year by year.The intervention effect of prostitutes in low-end places is obvious,but the indicators are still higher than those in medium and high-end places.It is necessary to continue to strengthen the intervention work on FSWs who are young,low-educated,married and in low-end places.
