摘 要:随着二次纤维用量的增加,纸张的强度成为人们关注的重点。实验研究以丙烯酰胺接枝壳聚糖作为干强剂来提高纸张的干强度,结果表明,合成的壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺增强剂能够显著提高纸张的强度,当壳聚糖用量为4‰,单体丙烯酰胺用量为10%,引发剂用量为0.15%,合成的增强剂的粘度适中;当增强剂用量为吨纸10 kg时,抄造的纸张的抗张指数为77.63 N·m·g^(-1),耐破指数为2.09 kPa·m^(2)/g,壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺增强剂的强度要明显优于市售的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺增强剂。Dry strength has become the focus of attention with the increase of the amount of recycled fiber.Acrylamide and chitosan copolymer was used as dry strength agent to improve the dry strength in this study.The experimental results showed that the synthetic products significantly increases the strength of the paper.Under the high quality conditions of chitosan 4‰,acrylamide15%,initiator 0.15%,the viscosity and strength properties of the synthesized enhancer was excellent.The tensile index and burst index of the paper were and 77.63 N·m·g^(-1) and 2.09 kPa·m^(2)/g respectively when the dosage of reinforcing agent is 10kg/tons,which were much higher than cationic polyacrylamide.
