摘  要:茶是战时经济下重要的储备物资,本文梳理了民国中央实验茶场落户湄潭因地制宜兴茶,通过研制湄红、湄绿等外销茶打开贵州出口茶大门,带动当地茶叶生产,保障战时西南大后方农业经济稳定等产业策略的历史考据,从茶业经济策略角度,深化民国中央实验茶场的历史研究。Tea played an important role in changing military supplies during the War of Resistance.This paper reviews the historical evidence of the Central experimental tea farm of the Republic of China settling down in Meitan to develop tea according to local conditions,opening the door of Guizhou tea export through the development of Mei Hong,Mei Lv and so on,driving local tea production,and ensuring the stability of agricultural economy in the Southwest rear during the war,deepen the historical research of the central experimental tea farm in the Republic of China from perspectiving the tea industry economic strategy.
